How does the VIP Intensive Day work?

Choose a spot on my calendar and once we've confirmed that your tasks can fit into the allocated time (1 day or more), I'll book you in. During our full 8-hour session, you'll have my undivided attention. Before we kick off, simply send me the content and tasks you'd like me to complete during our time together. We'll tackle each item on your list one by one, starting with your highest priorities.

Can I book a VIP Day if I'm in a different time zone?

Absolutely! I work with clients from around the world, so no matter where you're based or what time zone you're in, I'll do my best to accommodate your daylight and working hours. We can even split the day if that works better for you.

How involved do I need to be during our design day?

Not to worry, it's not an in-person or Zoom intensive. You don't need to get all fancy. I'll spend the entire working day designing and completing the tasks we've discussed. I'll only need your feedback once, and then you can be on standby for any clarifications or confirmations if needed.

What if we can't finish everything on my to-do list during our design day?

Before booking your VIP Day, we'll have a chat to ensure we understand exactly what you'd like to have done. I'll make sure the scope of work fits into the 8-hour timeframe. If it seems like the tasks won't quite fit, I'll offer you a second VIP Day to ensure we can complete everything.

My VIP Days are unique because I guarantee that we'll complete your tasks within 1 day (or 2 if we need the extra time).

Can I book more than one day?

Absolutely! Whether via email or on a consult call, I'll provide a recommendation based on your project details. Once we agree on either 1 or 2 days, I'll book you in on the days that work best for you.

Are there any additional investments or content requirements?

For web design updates, please provide brand photography and web copy before the VIP Day. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling. For any design task, you'll need to provide the necessary content and assets to complete the work.

Will the VIP work be custom?

Definitely! I prioritize custom design and will never compromise quality for speed. I'm transparent about the number of days needed to ensure you receive both fast and fully customized design.
